We bought the dish rack from Botanika Home. It soon arrived & 2weeks later another one arrived. We like the rack but this review is also about the excellent customer service we received. I E mailed them, they got right back with a return address. I took it to the UPS store & paid $44.14 return shipping. The next day they took $44.14 off the purchase price.
